We used Watermark to supply our bathroom, with a separate company carrying out the installation. Unfortunately, a fault developed in one of the products, which meant that half of the bathroom had to be removed and refitted. Throughout the entire process, Watermark have been absolutely fantastic. At considerable cost to themselves, they supplied replacement bathroom panelling and covered the cost of our fitters to complete the remedial work. They have also made the decision to stop using that particular product, as the manufacturer did not accept responsibility. As a small business, we understand that taking this route cannot have been an easy financial decision. We sincerely hope they are able to recover the costs from the manufacturer. Their integrity and commitment to doing the right thing speak volumes. We would not hesitate to recommend Watermark in the future. They are a trustworthy, professional company, and although the issue was not of their making, they resolved it fully. We are extremely grateful for their support and the way they handled the situation from start to finish.
